A library liaison is a librarian who has been designated the formal contact person between the Libraries and a specific faculty or department in UNISEL and he/she is the best go-to source of the Library.
What are the primary roles?
The primary role of a library liaison is to provide communication link between the library and the academic community. The entire library liaisons in UNISEL Library, therefore, are experts in Libraries’ collections, resources, services and policies. They are also expected to understand the information needs of his/her unit and to represent those needs within the library.
